Inkfruit joins the ‘Fight against Corruption’

Corruption has been increasing progressively and has almost become synonymous with Indian Politics. A plunge into the recent revelation of never-ending scams, like the Commonwealth Games, Satyam, IPL, 2G and The fake Pilots scam to name a few, has shaken up the entire Nation.

Did you know India is said to have more black money than the rest of the world combined ?

India Against Corruption is a citizen’s movement to demand strong anti-corruption law and to put a stop to the unruly activities carried on by the Politicians of our Country

This movement has been spearheaded by Baba Ramdev, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Anna Hazare, Swami Agnivesh, Kiran Bedi, Arvind Kejriwal, Justice Tewatia, Sunita Godhra and many other prominent personalities. On April 5, 2011, Anna Hazare started a ‘fast unto death’, to exert pressure on the Government of India to enact a strong anti-corruption act as envisaged in the Jan Lokpal Bill, a law that will establish a Lokpal committee that will have the power to deal with corruption in public offices. The protest has gained momentum with people across the country pledging support to it, 5,70,000 supporters and increasing. The Country and its youth is rising to the occasion and doing their bit to take the responsibility of ridding the Indian government of its shameful deeds & doings. But unless the real voices of India are heard, to whom corruption is an ugly reality, offering moral support isn’t enough.
